Soleil Lofts is an innovative apartment living complex in Herriman, Utah. This complex is unique as it combines traditional electric power with rooftop solar and 150 vehicle EV charging ports. Bullett Electric was hired for this job as we are able to find creative ways to fit the modern style of the residence with the electrical needs and wishes of the builder. After careful planning a lot of customization work was still needed during the building process. The first two buildings were completed in 8 months and are occupied. Bullett is currently working to finish this project which is on track and proceeding as planned. We’re excited to be a vital part of the success of this innovative project.
